The rules of the room.

1. The Service

Paramour.chat is interactive fiction for entertainment, operated from C. Agustí Sales 11, 2/3, Valencia, Spain (see our Legal Notice). All characters are fictional adults, and all text and images are generated by AI. Generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate and is not advice. The service is not a substitute for professional help; in an emergency, contact 112 or your local emergency services. By using the service you accept these terms, which are concluded in English.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 and of legal age where you live. We may ask you to verify your age at any time and restrict access until you do. You are responsible for your account and may not share or transfer it. You can delete it at any time in your account settings.

3. Content Rules

The service is adult fiction. Every character is an adult and may not be portrayed otherwise, and the service may not be used to depict or impersonate any real person. You may not request, generate, or share anything unlawful, harmful, or that we consider inconsistent with the service, or interfere with its safeguards, limits, or access controls. The service may not be used in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, slavery, or sexual exploitation, and we report such matters to the competent authorities.

All content published on the website is our own. We monitor the service, including conversations and generated images, and may at our discretion review, withhold, or remove any content and restrict, suspend, or terminate any account.

4. Passes and Payment

Paramour.chat is free to use with limits. Paid access is sold as passes at the price shown at checkout, which shows the steps to buy and lets you correct your details before you confirm. A pass is paid once and does not renew. It includes the usage stated at purchase, subject to fair use, has no cash value, and ends with the pass.

Payments are processed by our billing partner, Verotel/CardBilling, which handles your card details. The charge appears on your statement as vtsup.com* followed by the first ten characters of our registered company name. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by emailing billing@paramour.chat, with the refund reduced in proportion to the time already used; a model withdrawal form is available on request. Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity, are not affected. We may suspend a pass while a charge on it is disputed.

5. Ownership

The service and its content belong to us. You get a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence to use it. You keep ownership of what you write and grant us a licence to use it to operate, moderate, and improve the service. Copyright notices go to legal@paramour.chat.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect loss, for loss caused by your breach of these terms, or for events beyond our control, and you indemnify us against claims arising from your breach. If you are not a consumer, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Complaints and Disputes

Report illegal or prohibited content to legal@paramour.chat, billing issues to billing@paramour.chat, appeals of our decisions to appeals@paramour.chat, and anything else to hello@paramour.chat, which is also our point of contact under the Digital Services Act. Content found to be illegal or unconsented is removed within 24 hours; other complaints are handled within 5 days where possible.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and consumers may bring proceedings in their own courts. Details of the competent consumer dispute resolution body are available on request. We may change the service and these terms; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
