Paramour.chat is operated from C. Agustí Sales 11, 2/3, Valencia, Spain, the data controller under the GDPR. We collect your account details, the content you create, purchase records, and usage, device, and browser data, and use them to provide, secure, moderate, and improve the service, process payments, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. Content may be checked automatically and reviewed to keep the service safe and enforce our Terms. We rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interests in security, moderation, and improving the service, legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time. Your conversations are never sold or used to train AI models.

2. Sharing and Retention

We share data with service providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, authentication, payments, AI and image generation, and analytics, and where the law requires it. Payments are handled by our billing partner, Verotel/CardBilling; your card details never reach us. Some providers are outside the European Economic Area and operate under appropriate safeguards. We keep your data while your account is active and afterwards as needed for legal, security, and billing purposes.

3. Your Rights

You can exercise your GDPR rights, including access, correction, deletion and objection, by emailing privacy@paramour.chat, and complain to a data protection authority. You can delete your account in your account settings. Paramour.chat is for adults 18 and over; we delete the account of anyone we learn is under 18.
